What is talaq?how Muslim laws tell procedure who work with reference to talaq.in case of talaq Muslim law has laiddown  process.if a husband and wife can not run together long then they can be separated easily without intervention of family court. In  this way husband send 3 notice to wife one by one or simultaneously. After receiving notice the wife goes to Union council to get notice effectve.in this way process of talaq comes to an end.second way is to file suit in the family court.she has to file a suit for dissolution of marriage.Court adopted a legal process and send notice to husband. On next date court record a statement of wife and give time for reconciliation. If there is no compromise between husband and wife. Then Court order for dissolution of marriage
